High Cholesterol Foods

In order to recognize high cholesterol foods it is important to understand the definition of cholesterol.

Since plants do not produce cholesterol a diet from animal sources are the main foods to avoid when high cholesterol is a concern.

Consequently a list of high cholesterol foods doesn't contain fruit & vegetables which therefore is the prime diet a person with high cholesterol levels should merge towards.

Cholesterol high foods are most dangerous in combination with saturated fats. In other words frying a piece of animal in saturated fat is a habit that should be changed immediately.
