Cholesterol Lowering Diet

A cholesterol lowering diet is changing over as much as possible to a vegetarian diet since veggies have no cholesterol.

Other tips for lowering cholesterol are considering yoga and/or meditation.

Cholesterol lowering foods are for example fish because of the omega 3 content.

Reducing the amount of fat-derived calories is another way of naturally lowering cholesterol.
